1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Hearthline website located at hearthlineo.pro and your participation in any educational session, workshop, seminar, or training programme offered by Hearthline, operating from 128/4 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. By accessing this website or registering for a programme, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or enrol.

2. Nature of Our Offerings

All content, sessions, and materials provided by Hearthline are purely educational and informational in nature. They are designed to share general knowledge and develop communication skills in a group setting.

Hearthline does not provide professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, financial, psychological, or counselling services. Nothing communicated through our website, in our workshops, or in any written or verbal material should be understood as advice specific to your personal situation.

Participation in our programmes does not establish any professional relationship between you and Hearthline or its facilitators. Where personal professional support is needed, we encourage you to seek qualified practitioners independently.

3. Eligibility

Our programmes are open to adults aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide during the registration process is accurate and complete. Hearthline reserves the right to decline or remove a participant whose presence would be disruptive or inconsistent with the inclusive, respectful environment we maintain.

4. Enrolment and Fees

Enrolment is confirmed once a completed registration form has been submitted and any applicable session fee has been received. Fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full prior to participation. Current fees for our three programmes are:

• 01 Family Communication Workshop — ฿3,500 per participant
• 02 Facilitation Skills Training — ฿7,700 per participant
• 03 Relationship Information Seminar — ฿12,250 per participant

All fees are reviewed periodically and may be updated. The fee applicable at the time of your confirmed enrolment will apply to that booking.

5. Cancellations and Changes

If you need to withdraw from a programme after enrolment, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting [email protected].

The following general policy applies:

• Withdrawals made 7 or more days before the scheduled session: transfer to a future session offered where available.
• Withdrawals made fewer than 7 days before the session: the enrolment fee is retained as the session space cannot typically be reallocated.

Hearthline may occasionally reschedule or cancel a session owing to circumstances outside our reasonable control. In such cases, enrolled participants will be offered a transfer to an alternative date.

6. Participant Conduct

Our sessions are built around mutual respect and open, non-judgmental communication. Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow attendees, to maintain confidentiality regarding what others share in the room, and to refrain from recording sessions without prior written consent. Hearthline reserves the right to ask a participant to leave if their behaviour is disruptive or harmful to others in the group.

7. Intellectual Property

All written materials, slides, handouts, exercises, and other content produced by Hearthline remain the intellectual property of Hearthline. These materials are provided for your personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or make commercial use of them without obtaining prior written permission from us.

8. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. While we take reasonable care to keep information current and accurate, we make no representations about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our programmes, applicable requirements, or other factors. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or enrolment in our sessions after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
